As your County Clerk, my staff and I look forward to
meeting you and providing services for you.
Our office hours are from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM on Monday through
Friday. We offer a wide variety of
services to include issuing and recording of marriage licenses, voter registration,
election administration to include early and absentee voting. We manage the warrant process (paying of
county bills), and record the County
Quorum Court minutes,  ordinances
and resolutions. As Probate Clerk, all
records related to Administration of Estates, Guardianship, Adoption and
Commitment are processed and filed in my office. As public officials, my staff and I are
dedicated to providing quick and efficient service to the citizens of Jackson County.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Office of the Jackson County Clerk is to
function as a team dedicated to our customers by preparing and maintaining
accurate records, furnishing assistance in an understanding and compassionate
manner, and providing services in competence, professionalism, and courtesy
in compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
