Welcome to Jackson County Marriage License Data Base
A computer workstation
with the below Access Program is located adjacent to the marriage records in
the Vault for use by all visitors to the Clerk Office.
This program is a user friendly MS Access 2000 program with powerful search capabilities and offers a wide variety of reports and forms. These instructions discuss the basic features of the program. When you open the program the main menu offers the following selection
Select VIEW DATA FOR CERTIFICATE/MARRIAGE BOND to search for marriages by Bride or Groom. Once you locate the desired record you can print the report of marriage which has all the key information.
1. You may use
the printer, but limit the number of pages printed to the absolute minimum. 2. If you have
problems with the system, do not hesitate to contact the office staff for
assistance. 3. The Data Base
is still under construction and records, both recent and historical, will
be added on a monthly basis. 4. To use the
advanced search features of access, the user is encouraged to click on the Help
option on the upper right tool bar.
